The Chinese are famous for eating just about anything, but the emergence of a new delicacy is shocking even for them.
In Zhejiang province, eastern China, the new way to enjoy a boiled is to boil it in ten-year-old boys’ urine. Why? Nobody has explain that yet.
Chef Lu Ming said: “The urine is gathered from local schools and the very best comes from boys under 10 years old. They pee in buckets and we collect it fresh every day.”
The eggs are boiled twice in the wee before the shells are pealed and apparently this is to become China’s next great export.
